AI systems for work your team repeats.

We agree on one recurring workflow and one result. I build it into the tools your team already uses. That could be customer onboarding, account reviews, product feedback or weekly reporting.

Your team cannot decide until someone gathers the facts.

Customer context is spread across email, meetings, support conversations and spreadsheets. As the business grows, gathering it takes more time.

  • Every recurring report starts with the same gathering.
  • Customer follow-ups live in someone’s memory.
  • Product feedback accumulates across calls, email and support tickets.
  • Experienced people spend time sorting information before they can make a decision.

What I build

The first project should solve a recurring problem that already has an owner.

  • Customer onboarding and account management

The system records new customers and their onboarding progress, then flags the accounts that need attention. It gives the owner the relevant context before they decide what to do next.

  • Customer feedback and product decisions

Feedback from calls, email and support is kept in one place and grouped by customer problem. Product can see repeated problems. Customer Success can track the reply each customer is owed.

  • Reporting and team coordination

The system gathers agreed numbers and updates into a weekly brief. It marks changes and exceptions, then drafts the team update for review.

Start with the people doing the work.

My background is in product and customer operations. I have onboarded customers, run pilots, and carried what they said back to product teams. I build around the real handoffs and exceptions in the work.

People keep the decisions.

AI summarises, organises and drafts. Rules assign work and mark exceptions. A person reviews any decision that requires judgement.

Each output includes the source material that the reviewer needs to check it.

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Understand the work

We map how the work happens now and speak with the people doing it. We agree on the problem, the required access and how we will measure the result. If a system will not help, I say so before you spend anything.

  2. 02

    Build the system

I connect the agreed sources and build the workflow into your existing tools. You see working versions early and test them.

  3. 03

    Test it in practice

We use real examples, check the outputs and work through the exceptions. The people using it must be able to check the source and correct the output.

  4. 04

    Hand it over

You get the working system, its documentation and a walkthrough. We agree who owns each part and who reviews its output.

The starting engagement takes 30 days. I confirm the timing after we agree on the scope and access.

Decide how we will measure it

We record the current result before building. The measure depends on the problem:

  • Time required to prepare a recurring report.
  • Priority accounts with an owner and a reviewed next action.
  • Time from receiving customer feedback to reviewing it.
  • Customer follow-ups completed by the agreed date.

Who this is for

Growing B2B companies. I work directly with founders, and with leaders across Product, Customer Success and Operations.

  • The team repeats the workflow often enough for the problem to matter.
  • The facts sit across several tools or people.
  • One person owns the process and can test the new system.
  • There are real examples and access to the tools involved.

How the project is set up

  • You work with me

I run the calls, make the project decisions and build the system.

  • You own it

The system, its documentation and the accounts it uses sit with you.

  • What it costs

I scope and price each project upfront. The proposal lists the workflow, deliverables, success measure, timing and ongoing software costs.

  • After handover

Your team runs the system. Further work is a separate decision.
