You deal with the person doing the work.

Galactia helps Australian businesses get found in Google and named in AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. The work is described in full on our AI SEO services page.

Liam spent nine years as a product manager inside technology companies before starting Galactia. You deal with him directly, from the first check of your site to the monthly report.

We publish our working. Every location page shows what we found when we checked local business websites, with the sample size, the date and the method on our local data page. Our guides link the official documentation for every claim about how search engines and AI answers work, and say where the evidence is thin.

Our case studies show what the work has produced, with the source for every figure. We don't promise rankings or AI placements, because nobody can. We do say, after the first check, whether your site needs us at all.
