A first website, or a rebuild of the one you have. Planned, written, designed and built as one project.
Or one workflow your team repeats every week, built into the tools they already use. My background is in product and customer operations, so that is the kind of work I know from the inside.
If a website or a system is the wrong job, I say so before you spend anything.
Where I work
I work from Sydney. The public example is Cinema 7, a Sydney studio.
If you are in another Australian city, the job is the same. The work runs by email and on calls.
Established businesses. People who can name the problem, and who do not have someone on staff whose job is to decide what the website should say.
Direct contact. The person on the email is the person doing the work.
How the work starts
You say what you think you need. The request gets examined: who the site is for, what it has to do, what happens if we do nothing.
Then you hear what would actually get built. It may be smaller, or different, or not that. If it is not worth doing, that is a no before you spend anything.
You own the work
The code, content, domains and accounts sit with you.
After launch you run it, or you stay on a subscription for additional work. You can cancel at any point. When you cancel, you get everything handed over. You do not need the subscription to keep the site live.
